Anhui
Heli Machinery Imp.& Exp. Co., Ltd., authorized by National Foreign Economic
and Trade Committee, was established a foreign-trade corporation in February
of 1998. While pushing the sales of industrial equipments and engineering parts
such as forklift and hand pallet trucks, the corporation tries its best to expand
export volume of tools, forgings and castings. In August of 1998, Anhui Heli
Machinery Imp.& Exp. Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. as
its distributor for import and export business. In recent years, the import
and export value of Anhui Heli Machinery Imp.& Exp. Co., Ltd. has reached approximate
US$20,000,0 00.00(twenty million U.S. dollars) every year. Now it has exported
forklifts to North America, West Europe, Australia, Middle East, South America,
East Europe, Southeast Asia and so on. Many forklift trucks manufacturers from
Japan, Korea and Europe come to Anhui Heli Machinery Imp.& Exp. Co., Ltd. to
import its "V" castings and forgings.
In order to develop
international market, Anhui Heli Machinery Imp.& Exp. Co., Ltd. established
Heli Forklift Wholesale Inc. (U.S.A.) in 1998. At the same time, it sets up
a lot of distributors in Europe, South America and Asia, and it forms a preliminary
sales network gradually.

Introduction to Anhui Forklift
Truck Group
 Leading
factory of the group came into being in July,1958.
Leading
factory of the group manufactured its first set forklift truck in Gebruary,1963
Leading
factory of the group manufactured 20 ton and 25 ton type forklifts, which had
the largest capacity in China in July,1976
In
December,1985,Leading factory of the group and Japanese TCM Co.,Ltd. signed an
agreement, on which that the factory was permitted to introduce TCM technology
of manufacturing forklift trucks ranging from 1 ton to 10 ton capacity.
Sino-Japanese
Anhui Andong Foundry Co.,Ltd.(AADF) was established by the leading factory of
the group in January,1990.
Anhui
Forklift Truck Group was established in August,1992.
Sino-Japanese
Anhui TCM Forklift Co., Ltd.(ATF) was set up by the group in December,1993.
The
Technology Centre of the Group was determined as "National Technology
Centre" by National authority in November,1994.
The
Group merged Anqing Steering Axle Plant in January,1996.
The
stocks,named"Anhui Heli"issued by the key enterprise of the Group,
Anhui Heli Co.,Ltd. came into marketing on Shanghai Stock Exchange in
October,1996.
The
Group has got the Certification of CE Safety Mark from China Chamber of Commerce
for Import & Export of Machinery & Electronics Products in December,1996
The
Group passes the cerfication for ISO9001-1994 and also got "Certificate of
Registration of Quality System" in May,1997.
The
Group merged Bengbu Hydrodynamic Machine Plant in May,1997.
The
Group merged Baoji the Fourth Forklift Truck Plant and came into being Baoji
Heli Forklift Truck Plant in October,1997.
Anhui
Heli Machinery Imp. & Exp. Co.,Ltd. was established by the group in
February,1998.
