The Joint Venture Company has many subsidiaries such as Pickup Factory, Truck-rebuilding Factory, Special-Purpose Vehicles Factory, Automobile Research & Development Insitute and etc. The main products of the Company are YZK1028 and YZK1026 series pickups and their modified vehicles (such as police car, SUV automobile, canopied pickup, cash carriage, etc.),trucks for various special purpose. The leading products is the pickup that has enjoyed very good reputation among the customers in both domestic and international markets with its features of comfort and luxury, elegance, powerful engine and qualified performance, so far, sales network has arrived at 260 units, and service network is approximately 160 units. The Joint Venture Company is entiled with export and import right, and has exported auto products to middle-east area, Southeast Asia, Africa and etc.

Automobile Research & Development Insitute have effected integrative CAD and CAM, three- diemensional design have been popularized. Internally, the network has been set upto enable data shared by releavant departments. The Joint Venture Company has obtained ISO9000 Certificate of 2000 version and CCC Certificate.

Since the Joint Venture Company was established, sticking to the Yangzi working style of ¡°hard working, strictness, honesty and quick action¡±and the Yangzi spirit of ¡°unity, hard working, competition and championship¡±, the whole staff have been working very hard and with concerted efforts, the company has established a domestically advanced automobile production line, including a first class welding line integrating several welding robots, a cathode electrodeposit painting line and a computer controlled fully automatic automobile testing line. Additionally, the Company has estabished completed vehicle rainfall test chamber and speciall testing field of various road condition. Up to now, the Joint Venture Company has already formed production capacity of 30,000 units/single shift and 50,000 units/double shifts, which provides a foundation for the rapid development of Yangzi automobile industry.
